"These people who work in this office are negligent to the point of fraud. They are lazy and sit back on their phones all day. Just walk into their office un announced like I did. They will look soooo surprised to see a customer. Lied to me and it cost me an extra 200 on my bill. I changed my agent and still getting this worked out. Beware of business like this"

"If I could give negative stars, I would. And I've never used state farm!! How is this related to me?? I'll tell you. They looked up our vehicle records to send an unwanted quote. This is EXTREMELY invasive and inappropriate. Are you that desperate for clients that you will do anything?? This right here makes me NEVER want to use state farm for anything ever. If you see this Mr. David Beam, (or whomever else that does your dirty work for you) please stop snooping around in the records of people who have no desire to ever use your company."

"Took them 3 days to be able to help with a claim. Sure glad this is not my agent. Their customer service is terrible. I would call and they would not call me back. To get help I called 5 times before they send me to the claims department. This is one place I will avoid for all my business needs !!!"

"So I’ve been with Geico for over 11 years. But my insurance rates were going higher and higher as my kids got older and got a license and I had to finance a car. It was over whelming. I wanted to quote a new rate and a friend of mine was on the phone with her agent and I said “Hey can u ask them to quote me?”. So she had ANNE call me from the San Jose office. And Anne has been patient with me and understanding and she has done so much to help me save money on insurance and even renters. And I didn’t even have that with geico and my bill was so high. Needless to say this AMAZING WOMAN has saved my butt over $150. Thank you Anne soooooo muchhhhh!!!!!! Highly recommended"
